David Umstot has been responsible for the overall management and delivery of two capital bond programs totaling $1.51 billion and $1.555 billion, respectively. He has overseen the delivery of more than $1.6 billion in new construction and renovation since 2004.
David has also been responsible for physical plant maintenance and operations of 15 million square feet with a $131 million annual budget while at San Diego Unified School District and the management of 3 million square feet while at San Diego Community College District.
