Practices Merger Increases Value for the Lean Community: Umstot Project and Facilities Solutions, LLC and The ReAlignment Group of California, LLC Emerge as Key Provider of Lean Coaching Services

I am excited to share the merger of our firm with the The ReAlignment Group of California, LLC, headed by Dan Fauchier, CMF to deliver greater value to our customers throughout the region. Our new, stronger California-based company will provide a full array of Lean services to the AEC Industry and the Owner community as well as a unique world-class approach to Lean in the public and private sectors. Our approach bridges the gap between theory and practice to provide increasing value to our clients. This will be the strongest, broadest Lean Project Delivery services group in the Western US.

We know that projects can and must be delivered on time, on budget and with high quality.  We also know that "business as usual" does not suffice in today's budgetary environment and that industry practices and behaviors - from conception, through design, construction, commissioning and into the entire life cycle of the facility or infrastructure - can be improved to deliver greater customer satisfaction, greater sustainability, and greater employee engagement using Lean enterprise principles.

The Lean design and construction market is rapidly growing and this merger will allow us to leverage our strengths to better address this growth, help build capacity in the industry, and meet our clients' needs.

Summer, Dan and I are strong believers that there is a better way in planning, design, construction and facilities management.  Through these beliefs and our practices, we can help our clients achieve better outcomes.

We look forward to serving you with our new combined practice.
